What does Scrollpamine do?

You pick the apps that pull you in. When you open one, Scrollpamine locks it and asks you a quick question from your decks. Answer it and the app opens. Over a week of small, well-timed questions, the cards stick, and you start to recall things you never sat down to study.

I set it up but no question shows. What is wrong?

Almost always one of three things:

• Permission. Scrollpamine needs Screen Time access to lock an app. Open Settings inside Scrollpamine, check the Permission row, and grant access if it is not already granted.
• No targeted apps. Open the Monitoring screen and target at least one app. Nothing locks until an app is targeted.
• The engine is off. Activate it from the Monitoring screen. When it is active, opening a targeted app locks it and shows the quiz screen.

When a targeted app locks, you see "Scroll interrupted" with a Minimize button. Tap Minimize, switch to Scrollpamine, and the question shows automatically. You answer it in Scrollpamine, not on the lock itself.

How do I choose which apps get locked?

Open the Monitoring screen and target the apps you want. You can change the set anytime. You also calibrate how often questions show, so the system fits your day instead of nagging you.

Can I study my own material?

Yes. The Questions screen is where your decks live. Add cards by hand, or import a CSV or TSV file, an Anki deck (.apkg), or a Markdown file. Turn decks on or off so only the cards you are working on show on the quiz screen.

What is the difference between free and Pro?

Free includes up to 3 decks and 100 cards. Pro removes those limits and unlocks everything across every device you sign in to, so one subscription covers your iPhone and the web. See the current plans on the Pro page or inside the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, open the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and manage Scrollpamine there. If you subscribed on the web, use the Manage subscription option on the Pro page once you are signed in. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

I got a new phone. How do I get my decks back?

As long as you created an account, your decks and subscription are saved to the cloud. On the new device, open Scrollpamine, go to Settings, and sign in with the same method. Everything syncs back. If you never created an account, your decks lived only on the old device, so create one early to keep them safe.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings inside Scrollpamine and choose Delete account. This permanently erases your account and synced decks from our servers and cannot be undone. You can also delete your account from scrollpamine.com/delete-account. An active subscription keeps billing until you cancel it with Apple or in the web billing portal.
