Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Scrollpamine iOS app and the website at scrollpamine.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Grizzlify EOOD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. If you lose access to all of your sign-in methods, contact us — but be aware that, because we do not store passwords, recovery options are limited.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Scrollpamine is a subscription service offered in weekly, monthly, and annual plans. Whichever plan you choose, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every week, month, or year) and keeps renewing until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay on each renewal. One subscription unlocks Scrollpamine across every device you sign in to, so you only ever need one.

You can subscribe in two ways, and how billing, cancellation, and refunds work depends on which you use.

3.1 On the App Store (in the iOS app)

Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple sets the actual amount in your local currency based on its regional pricing tiers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, change, or view a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already underway. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies, and we are happy to help you contact Apple support if needed.

3.2 On the web (scrollpamine.com)

Purchases made on our website are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and Grizzlify EOOD is the seller. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay and is inclusive of any value added tax (VAT) due in your country. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and we charge your saved payment method for the next period until you cancel.

You can cancel or update a web subscription at any time, with no fee, through the billing portal we link from the Pro page (the "Manage subscription" option once you are signed in). Cancelling stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate or refund the unused remainder of a period that has already begun.

Refunds (web). A web subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service. By starting your subscription you ask us to begin providing it right away and acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent the law lets you waive it. Even so, if Scrollpamine is not working out for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will review a refund in good faith. After a renewal, cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period that has already started. Nothing here limits any mandatory refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

4. Content you create

You keep all rights to the decks, cards, and notes you create or import. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, and process that content for the sole purpose of operating Scrollpamine for you (for example, syncing your decks between your devices).

You are responsible for the content you import. Do not import material you do not have the right to use — copyrighted decks redistributed without permission, content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or anything that infringes on someone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to do anything illegal, to harm others, or to undermine the Service itself. Specifically, do not:

• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• reverse-engineer the app or our infrastructure except as permitted by law;
• scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse our APIs;
• upload malware or content designed to harm other users.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app under Settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, that pose a security risk, or that have been inactive for an extended period. If we terminate your account, we will try to give you reasonable notice except where the violation requires immediate action.

7. Service "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Scrollpamine is a study tool — it is not a medical, educational, or professional certification service, and nothing in the app should be treated as such.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider's country of establishment, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction — except where you have mandatory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material — for example, a change to subscription billing or to how disputes are resolved — we will give you reasonable notice in the app before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
