Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Scrollpamine account and everything tied to it. This works whether or not you still have the app installed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we erase the following from our servers:

• Your account. The sign-in record that links your Apple, Google, or email identity to Scrollpamine.
• Your decks and cards. Every deck and card you created or imported, across all your devices.
• Your study history. The cards you answered, your results, and the spaced-repetition schedule built from them.
• Your card images. Any pictures you attached to cards, removed from our storage.
• Your subscription record. The entitlement we keep for your account. If you subscribed through our website, we also cancel that subscription so it stops billing.

Anonymous product analytics (which screens were viewed, with no email, deck contents, or personal details) are de-identified rather than deleted, so aggregate reporting that can no longer point to you may remain. This matches our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions bought in a store

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google own that billing and we cannot cancel it for you. Deleting your account stops it from unlocking anything, but you should also cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play so it stops renewing.
